Defensive Courses are designed to develop correct attitudes and impart essential knowledge that will enhance the participant's skills in dealing with other road users and potentially hazardous situations.

Course Overview
Our standard programme is a one-day course (8.30am ~ 3.45pm) consisting of theoretical lesson, simulator driving/riding and practical training. This special programme can be customized to specific needs and requirements.

Defensive Riding Course Registration (MINDEF/SAF)
- This is for riding to and from the SAF camp
- Registration is via the E-DRC form
- The form must be endorsed by the unit Officer-in-charge
- Send the completed form to the email address stated on the SAF HQ Transport website under Transport Safety Resources
- Singapore motorcycle Qualified Driving Licence is required

- Open for walk-in registration at our Service Centre during our counter operating hours
- The course fee is $299.75 inclusive of GST
- Course dates are on a first come first serve basis
- Bring along your NRIC/ FIN card and a Singapore motorcycle Qualified Driving Licence

Protection From Harassment Act 2014
Protect our staff from abuse — our staff have the right to work in a safe environment like everyone else. Any person guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour resulting in harassment, alarm or distress is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 under the Protection from Harassment Act 2014. SSDC may terminate or suspend a learner’s enrolment at any time at its sole discretion if the learner is in material breach of the Terms & Conditions or displays unreasonable or abusive behaviour towards SSDC’s instructors or staff.
