Job Description

  • Coach and assess learners across assigned vehicle classes.
  • Maintain training vehicles and circuit equipment in safe condition.
  • Deliver lessons according to SSDC curriculum and Traffic Police standards.
  • Provide clear feedback to help learners progress confidently.
  • Uphold road-safety culture and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Valid Singapore driving licence for the relevant class.
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent education.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin / Malay / Tamil preferred.
  • Patient, professional and committed to road safety.
  • Willing to work rotating AM / PM shifts, including weekends.

Working hours

Shift 1
Monday – Friday7:40 am – 3:55 pm
Saturday7:40 am – 12:55 pm
SundayRest day
Shift 2
Monday – Friday3:00 pm – 10:15 pm
Saturday1:00 pm – 6:15 pm
SundayRest day

Job Description

  • Assist walk-in and phone enquiries about courses and bookings.
  • Guide customers through enrolment and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with instructors and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in SSDC systems.

Requirements

  • Good spoken and written English; bilingual preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and data entry.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
